Capachica

Day 1

This morning we will organize your transfer to the peninsula of Capachica, at the edge of Titicaca lake.

You'll get to know one of the families of the community with whom you will be spending the night and share activities (depending on what you like; such as weaving, agricultural activities, trekking...)

Day 2

You will leave around 9:30am this morning for a 3 hours boat trip. On the way, you will visit the floating islands of the Uros and learn more of this very ancient culture whose descendents still live on the lake.

You will have lunch on the boat.

Once arrived at the port, you'll visit "La casa del corregidor", the first solidary economic center in Peru.
